Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At A8C Labs LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality programmatic SEO services and SaaS tools through our platforms including LocalSites.pro and Bulkindexer.net. We strive for complete customer satisfaction and have established this Refund Policy to ensure transparency and fairness.

2. SaaS Subscription Services

2.1 Free Trials

Where applicable, we offer free trial periods for our SaaS products. During the trial period, you can cancel at any time without being charged. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, you will be automatically enrolled in the paid subscription.

2.2 Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the service until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months of service.

2.3 Annual Subscriptions

Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied with the service. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel to prevent automatic renewal.

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of purchase
• Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

3. Consulting and Service Projects

3.1 Project-Based Work

For custom programmatic SEO consulting and implementation projects:

• Before Work Begins: Full refund minus any non-recoverable third-party costs
• Work in Progress: Partial refund based on work not yet completed
• Completed Work: No refund for work that has been delivered and approved

3.2 Milestone-Based Projects

For projects structured with milestones, refunds are available for milestones not yet started. Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable once the milestone has been accepted by the client.

3.3 Retainer Services

Monthly retainer services can be cancelled with 30 days written notice. Unused hours from the current retainer period are non-refundable but may be credited toward future services at our discretion.

4. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Third-party software licenses or API costs incurred on your behalf
• Domain registrations and hosting fees
• Content that has been created and delivered
• Services rendered and accepted
• Setup fees and onboarding costs
• Rush or expedited service fees

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not satisfied with a deliverable, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to address your concerns and make revisions as needed. If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction after reasonable efforts, we will discuss refund options on a case-by-case basis.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

2. Include your account email, order/invoice number, and reason for the refund
3. Our team will review your request within 2 business days
4. If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days

7. Chargebacks

We encourage you to contact us directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. Filing a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us may result in account suspension and additional fees. We reserve the right to dispute unwarranted chargebacks.

8. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

• Credit/Debit Card payments: 5-10 business days to appear on your statement
• The refund will be issued to the original payment method used
• You will receive email confirmation when the refund is processed

9. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. The Refund Policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
