3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities or actions under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4. Payment Terms

For paid services, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan or service. Payments are processed securely through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your payment method.

• Subscription fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• One-time service fees are due upon invoice
• Failed payments may result in service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of A8C Labs LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the services in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Termination
